Total Immersion Level 2January 16, 2016 – When I saw that Shane was offering a Level 2 class starting shortly after the New Year, I double-checked our calendar, figured out how it would work schedule-wise, and signed up!- Total Immersion Level 1 (4th Quarter)November 3, 2015 – The last class has come and gone, and the first level of my Total Immersion journey is complete! The final two classes introduced little new material, and we focused on the essentials, both outside and inside the pool.
