Total Immersion Level 1 (4th Quarter)
The last class has come and gone, and the first level of my Total Immersion journey is complete! The final two classes introduced little new material, and we focused on the essentials, both outside and inside the pool.October 21, 2015

We focused on building our 'house of cards,' starting with dryland exercises and progressing through pool exercises, focusing on different aspects our our new swim mechanics.
